    On January 22, 2023 I contacted Upchurch Plumbing and stated that my laundry line was backed up on the inside and isolated, when the tech arrived they did not open up the line to established that the back up started outside. They said they would have to rod out from the inside. They simply provided a quote to do the work, they I told them about needed a countertop and a pvc pipe removed. Had they stated that it needed to be rodded from the outside I would have paid them for the work. Then yesterday I contacted Church because my toilet was backing up after taking a shower. Two different techs came out and the first thing they did was opened the outside access and determined that there was a backup and would require rodding out to the street. I inform tech that this was unfair charge because I had two tech come out prior that never even opened the drain to determine the backup was at the street. I would like a refund of the first estimate because it they didn't even fully provide the same service. I even explain to the tech their process of elimination didn't even make sense. They stated they would rod the pipe to clear it then charge another fee to run a camera through to determine if it was blocked due tree or man error. So I paid to long distance drive fees that should have only been one fee if the first technician followed the same process as the second. Thirdly, this is the third time a tech has been out to my home and this could have been diagnosed the very first time a technician arrived as I stated the drain was not working.

    I've had the worst experience this company of any that I've ever dealt with. First of all, I paid $14,000 to replace my hvac unit. It took about a week longer than they told me which was ok as long as they got it done. Afterwards, the unit never cooled down my home AT ALL. I called, texted, wrote, and emailed them about it SEVERAL times. They would never even come out to check it. All I kept being told is that it's only expected to cool the house x** amount of degrees from the outside temperature which it STILL didn't! Even now, it's a Spring night and I wish I could attach a picture of my thermostat at 1:30 in the morning with the temperature from my Fox13 weather app circled at 59 degrees but the $14k hvac unit that I just bought won't get the inside of my house lower than 72. I have window units that I paid $40 for off the ******** marketplace that blow snowballs that I still have to use because I WASTED $14,000 with this horrible company! Again, I wish I could attach a picture AND video of a sheet of paper over one of the vents with the air "blasting" and it doesn't even move it blow off the paper. I have no idea what I'm going to do about this Mississippi summer coming up but I advise anyone reading this to PLEASE use a more reputable company to spend your hard earned money on for the sake of you and your family!
