Purchased a 2014 ****** maxima 6/9/2023.First day 6/9/2023 of driving it after 15 miles the transmission stars to slip. I told car queens about it the tile me to bring it back when I could they would replace it for $500 dollars. I didnt have the funds at the time therefore I wasnt able to bring it at the time. 2 months go by August 2023I start to ask about the title. They couldnt give me a clear answer whats going on with the title . So I call the local courthouse to run the vin number. The tax office tell me that the car is still in the insurance company name and havent been through inspection.. I call them and tell them that the car havent been through inspection; car Queen says it has but doesnt have nothing showing the inspection have been done..I call back Oct first about my title and recipe were I paid $4200 cash . Car queens employee tell me they lost in the files.. call the court house and come to find out the did my title application Oct 15th 2023.. I take it to drop it off on feb 6th to get fixed. 20days later nothing done to the car so I said Im going up come get my car.. they tell me I owe $500 storage fee when the car isnt fixed nor I have my title.. As I walk to the back of the shop with an employee MY VIN NUMBER IS NOT VISIBLE.I went to the local police station and a employee admitted that I was told to leave the car but they had an issue with me and my title as the cops come car Queen tell me I would be outta more money if I took them to court and still not have a car. I said wow and left in tears.. nothing the officer could do. Come to find out Im not the first. They have been through this many time in ******.. they are taking people hard earned money and cars..
