I went to cars unlimited on feb 28 and put down ***** in my business name Farmers Playhouse on a bus upon looking at the vehicle everything looked fine they told me nothing major was wrong with the vehicle. On march 8th it rained and water was leaking from the emergency exit. On march 12th me and my husband took the emergency exit down and noticed that the whole roof was dry rowdy and is very unsafe so I spoke with the owner of cars unlimited on us-51 in ********* *********** on Monday march 14 and let him know that I took the emergency exit off and what I found he told me to bring it back up there Tuesday and he will let his people look at it and I told him ok and I let him know that I will bring it Wednesday because it will be raining tomorrow and I dont want the inside to be wet and that me and my brother put something over it and he told me OK. Monday march 21 I called to make sure they put something over the bus or put it somewhere so it wont be wet the lady I cant remember her name told me ok and that he wasnt in yet. On my way to work I noticed they moved the bus so I thought the put it somewhere so it wont be wet. Tuesday something told me to make sure so I called again thats when they told me it dont have nothing over it and that the damage already was done because it already started to rain. They didnt do anything to keep it from get less damages. My speaker and other items and wires was wet the speaker doesnt even come on anymore Also I called them the next following day to check on what gone be done about the extra damages and they told me that he wont be in until later so I called again that afternoon they told me the same thing. So Thursday march 24 I spoke with him and he was rude and disrespectful thats when I decided to start recording on my iPad what he was saying. I was asking about the damages and he said thats not his problem I should have came up there my self if I knew that i took the emergency exit off. That its not his fault.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying we haven't been doing any business with the bud the roof is still leaking when they took it. I have put it in 3 different shops and o. The day they took it I was at an auto shop in *******, ** to see if they can fix it because the other shops couldn't. I told it to the lady in the office and she said I was lying because she seen it on my ******** page. I stated to her that the vehicle have not been used and I took the bus to trunk and treat on Halloween and that no one paid me to do so. I also asked the owner can I get the speaker off the bus he yelled(Basically) I couldn't get nothing off the bus until I paid them ***** to get the bus. I have videos and witnesses from February until now that the bus still leaking and that the bus haven't been used for business purposes.

When we went to repo the bus it was at the same address it was at that my repo man saw it the week before when she had emailed us and said it was in the shop. So it was not in the shop like she stated when she emailed us. She has been given a lot of time to get repairs. I think we have been more than fair she bought the bus back in feb 2022 and we did not repo it until nov 2022. She has since paid the amount behind and got the bus back
