I purchased a vehicle with Selecta Motors and day 3 of me having it the car wouldn’t start. I called them and each time they said they would come get it but never came. I called multiple times and finally they came and got it. They said they fixed it got it back same problem so they got it again claim they fixed it got it back same problem and again they got it back. They got the truck back 4 times and still each time I was having the same problem. So they tell me if it continues they would trade it in but now they are saying I can’t get what I want to get and so on. Now they’re saying I have to pay money but why should I when I’ve been having this problem since day 3 and they haven’t fixed the problem and been giving me the run around. It took me to talk to the woman in the finance department for them to even come get the truck. And they are so rude when trying to conduct business well the guy Mike he said it’s not his problem but I got the truck from them. When he sold it to me he was the nicest man ever but after the purchase all that changed. I can’t just keep leaving my car when they are not fixing it I have a job and I’ve already called out several times because of this car.Business response

I called the customer and talked with her at 10:00 am on 12/28/21. We are working with her. We plan on trading the customer out of the vehicle and into another vehicle within the next 30 days. Customer is satisfied with our plan.
