I purchased a used car on 11/13/2022. A 2002 Volks Wagon Passat. During the process the dealer explained to us that this car comes with a 30 day warranty on the motor and transmission. ****** ***** the salesman told us if anything happens to the either part within 30 days he would fix or replace the motor or transmission. I would have to pay half on the repairs. We agreed. After about 3 to 4 days we start having issues. ****** told us to bring it back. We did and we have not seen the car again. I called him about a month ago and he texted me that he would contact me once he made it back to his office. I have not heard anything else from him.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car from them on November 3,2022. Had a problem with no heat in it. The day was warm so we didn't try it. Called them and they told me to bring it back and they would work something out since it wasn't covered under the warranty. We did and they kept the car until January 24th. We called every week and they said each time it would be Friday. When we picked the car up we checked to see if the heat had even been attempted to be repaired but it was the same. The gentleman told us we would get the title from 7 to 10 days. We also haven't received a title on this vehicle. We went to our courthouse twice and they said I couldn't get a title. So I called Auto Wholesalers to see why. His response was " I'll get with my secretary ". We called them several times about the title. 90 days has gone by and I can't drive or insure the car. I was told that they can't refund my money. I also put tierods on the car. This I know I can't get back. The car is in my possession but Mr. ***** asked me not to pick the car up just give him til "Friday " . I understand I bought a used car, but the problem is that I can't get the title I was promised. After 3 months all I want is my refund of 3392.50. I also bought 2 tires for it but I'll loose that and the cost of the repair for the front end so I can find a car with a title. Your quick response would be greatly appreciated. I have all my receipts for the car and work done also Thank you, ***** *******
