On 02/07/22 I dropped my vehicle off for A wrap service by Elite Customs in my original email when deposit was paid 01/27 of $250 I sent pictures and videos of what I wanted on my car. Upon dropping off I never saw the owner. I was expecting to walking into a business be greeted pick colors etc.. his communication sucked the whole time. It was after hours and dark when I picked up the next day I didn’t see the job well we were outside in the dark. Next days I saw bubbles, cuts in the wrap where it had been cut and placed, the protection adhesive was still stuck on it, the stripes didn’t line up. It wasn’t the work on Elite Customs page I do not believe The owner did the work In my heart I know it! You can compare yourself! In wrapping “whoever” debadged in debadging they scratched my car around the Charger embal to get the letters off left all the adhesive under the wrap and wrapped over it! They caused damages to my paint in which I’ve asked him to pay for and refused because he has a “SHOP” that I don’t trust! I want my vehicle back like it was in the condition it was originally in prior to this horrible amateur job done on my $30,000 plus vehicle! I’ve tried to weight out option he’s wanting to “cover” my scratches no thanks I have an estimate from my area he’s 2 hours away and I don’t trust his shady work. I really just want all my money back. I thought this was an accredited legit business man his communication is unprofessional! I asked for all my money back that’s all I wanted because the job was horrible! My car was damaged in the process and they tried to just cover it up now why would I trust you to do another service for me on my vehicle. No Thank you!
