We (Father/Son) had a vehicle (Audi) towed to this establishment for a transmission repair Nov 2022 and the vehicle came out of the shop with motor problems. When asked to look at the vehicle before paying for repairs, we was told to pay for repairs ($1400) before we can look at the vehicle. After paying for the repairs, we proceeded to the vehicle. The vehicle was located on the premises, inside the gate. The car was unlocked and key in the ignition, but no sound. We gave the car a jumpstart and once the car started, the motor was shaking and smoking really bad. The motor cover was missing and when asked of its whereabouts, the owner shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know." The owner went on to say, "Well, I sent you extra codes that show you need a timing belt. Don't stand up here like I haven't had that conversation with you." The car didn't shake and smoke before it was towed to this establishment. The owner said he would find a new one but popped one off his vehicle and put it on our vehicle. The owner had an attitude when asked about the motor covering and raised his voice when the statement was made... "If the vehicle was in your care, all parts should be contained." He began using profanity and getting in our face because we challenged him on the whereabouts of the parts and to show proof on the codes received on the motor. VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldn't take another vehicle there even if it was the last place on earth! I would Fred Flintstone it, before I would allow G&S Auto, Inc under the hood of my vehicle. Unprofessional and incompetent. Now I have to pay another European dealership/mechanic to fix what G&S Auto, Inc screwed up. I took to the European mechanic in Ridgeland, MS to get a second opinion on the codes and the mechanic said, "Yes, I know those mechanics and they are bad." BEWARE OF G&S Auto, Inc (Gallatin, St, Jackson, MS). The Ridgeland mechanic did not want to go behind G&S.
