Ambetter canceled my insurance effective April 30, 2024. They accepted payments on my account in May and as of June I was receiving emails that my insurance was not canceled and they needed payment. I spoke with member services on July 3rd and an appeal was made, representatives were near impossible to understand due to being overseas, no clue if what I state was put in the case, here are my reference numbers I was provided by member services. ****** and ****** are the two I spoke to in escalations at Ambetter. The reference for my appeal to reinstate my insurance is R-********. I need this insurance, I had almost met my deductible had some health issues going on and I can't be left to pay a 5000 dollar bill and restart all this, I am prepared to pay my premiums for 3 months as ****** and I discussed. Please help me with this, please.Business response
