On December 5, 2020, I purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima from Wade Auto Sales & Services. I inquired about my title after not receiving it within 30 to 90 days. I’ve talked with ***** on serval occasions about the title. Each time he told me that he hadn’t received the paperwork from the other partner. I mailed in the title documents that I downloaded, but the dealer’s signature was needed. After communicating with ***** about what needs to be done for me to receive my title, he assured me that I would be getting it soon. My last conversation with ***** was on December 7, 2022, when he stated to me that he was on his way to file the documents for me to get my title. I still haven’t received my title and I unable to purchase my tag, which is outdated. Now I can’t get in contact with *****, he’s not answering my calls or text messages.
