    I contacted business owner, ******* **** ***** ********* to purchase a dachshund puppy since she is a breeder listed on puppyfinder.com as a verified breeder. We set up a payment plan and an estimated delivery date for the puppy. Once it was time for puppy to be ready for delivery there kept being delay after delay with delivery person she uses so we finally agreed on a refund for the delivery and puppy in the amount of $1050 total. I paid her $1100 bc it was a misunderstanding of the dog price she was charging us so she refunded $50 since it was an overpayment. Her delivery fee is $300 and puppy was $750. I have been communicating with her regularly until December 27th, and that was when the funds were in process of being transferred from one of her accounts to another and that as soon as it was done processing and available in her bank account she would refund me on cashapp, which is the same way we paid her. After Dec 27th she has not responded to any emails, texts or phone calls. In the beginning we actually spoke to this woman, she is on puppyfinder.com and gooddogs.com currently with another litter of puppies for sale. We paid over $1000 for delivery and a puppy and we have no puppy nor the refund to show for it. I am extremely upset, we didnt just send her the money, we spoke to her and actually conversed before we made any decisions. I have texted her, called and left voicemails for her and emailed the email I had on file for that we originally reached out to. We just want our money back, we will leave her alone if we just get our refund. Her cell phone number I have is ************ and email we have is ******************@gmail.com. We just want this to be made right esp if she is a breeder who does this for a living. She kept us updated on everything except now that it is time for a refund, she has ghosted so to speak. I have attached the receipts where we sent her the payment.
