  We recently have had a pool built by Gulf Gunite Pools. **** started digging the pool on July 18th and the pool still had not been completed, and this is December 18th. There have been several leaks which he has been slow to repair, and still not completed. His crew was here 2 or so weeks ago, dug a hole to look for the leak and hasn't been back. We have not received all the equipment for our pool and he says to keep the chemicals balanced but never showed us how. We have a heater installed and he was not able to confirm that it was converted to a propane system and when asked if he would come and turn it on, test it and show us how to run the heater, he said all you need to do is push a button. If he cannot confirm the conversion and we are not sure how to use it, how can we be expected to push a button. **** tells us that he is very busy with other clients. I would think he would want to complete a project fully and move on. Last I checked, we are clients. I text him every week to see if we are on the schedule. He says yes, and still does not show up. All we want is a leak proof finished pool with a heater and equipment that is working properly, This will be our second holiday with family here and we still can't use the pool.

  This pool is a little different that we usually build. It is 4’ out of the ground, rather than in ground. 

  We had a couple of leaks that we had to locate and repair. This has been done and the project is complete. I just met with the customer for a pool school and to collect our final payment on 1-12-22. The customer is satisfied. She still does not like the color variation of her diamond Brite surface. We have agreed to drain the pool and acid wash it to try to get it a bit more uniform for her. This work is to be done next week. Other than that, she is satisfied and did make final payment 2 days ago.
