My husband and myself hired Ridgeline Electric Solutions to Re-Wire our home. We have a signed contract and paid Ridgeline Electric Solutions through Pay-pal. The contract states Ridgeline Electric Solutions is to keep in regular contact with the home owner regarding showing up to work, leaving work, and if an emergency arises. Ridgeline Electric Solutions started work on our home on Monday 11/29/2021 and it was verbally understood that it would take no more than 6 weeks to complete our home re-wire. Ridgeline Electric Solutions did state they are giving us a 6 week window incase they have an emergency job come up. Ridgeline Electric Solutions was paid in full on Friday 12/31/2021 and the job was not completed, per agreement with contractor we paid as "jobs" were completed on the house. Since being paid in full they have made multiple excuses to not work on our home, one being it was raining. In total they have worked 8 days since being paid in full. They have failed on many occasions to communicate with us. My husband would text to see when they were going to work or complete the job and they would not respond. They do not answer the phone when we call, hours or even days later they will send a text reply to our calls, if that. We have now been displaced from our home for 12 weeks and we have no completion date. We were told to have the power company reconnect the power on Friday 2/11/2022 but was not assured the job would be complete. We would like a partial refund of our money paid since we have been displaced longer than expected and the job has not been completed in a timely manner as Ridgeline Electric Solutions stated it would. With Ridgeline Electric Solutions not showing up, properly communicating, and not completing the job we will now have to hire a new contractor which will incur more charges on our end.
