              I sought out services from Anderson-Druey Accounting to handle the accounting for my business. It has been extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone from the company. Each time we complain about the lack of communication and inability to reach anyone when needed we are told weeks later that Covid-19 is an issue as well as staffing. I have repeatedly asked for copies of IRS filing documents, payroll files, tax documents and I requested monthly meetings about my business financials none of which has occurred. It is my belief that I have been swindled out of thousands of dollars by this company. The owner ****** ***** has been the main point of contact and now that I am facing an IRS hearing I have been unable to get him or anyone on the phone for weeks. The company has not worked to help my business at all. I also feel strongly the company has a bias against minority owned businesses. I would like a refund to some degree for the services I paid for as well as copies of all my business files and documents sent to the IRS so that I can move on successfully.

              Terrible accountant. Did not return phone calls or emails ever. Turned paperwork in to them in January and they didn't file my taxes until September. Called no less than 10 times during the year and was assured they filed extensions. Just got a letter from the IRS stating no extension had been field and I owed 5,000$ in penalties and fines. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
