          According to information in BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaint alleging delivery issues, customer service issues and refund issues. Specifically, complaints allege consumers purchase product on the company's website. Complaints indicate once the product is ordered and paid for, a tracking number is provided. Consumers are reporting when following their order from tracking information; the package is remaining in the same location. Complaints further allege when consumers attempt to contact the business by phone or email to determine the status of their order, they are unable to speak with a live representative and are asked to keep tracking the order. 
          Many consumers requested refunds for their order that were never delivered; however, the company failed to honor those requests and consumers are reporting their information cannot be found. All order and tracking information has disappeared from their system with no response from the company at all.
