My vehicle was towed out of the neighbors yard. I called the company and told him that the title loan would pick it up. I currently had to go to Florida because my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer stage four. I was busy taking care of her. I spoke with the man several times. He sent me a certified letter which I never received. He said that I would have to contact the finance company and I did so ,I was told that it was my responsibility to pick up the truck. So when I would call the towing company to let him know, he kept giving me the run around and wouldn't allow me to get my vehicle. The last time I spoke with him he said that my truck was going to be sold this month and hung up on me. So now I'm without a vehicle because he kept giving me the run around and wasn't being honest. I would like to be reimbursed for my vehicle. If not then I will be forced to sue the towing company. I was under a lot of emotional stress and now things are worse.Business response

on 6/29/2023 we towed in a 1996 DODGE Ram 1500 request for COUNTY Rotation. we ran the Vin thru the states e services owner was ****** ***** **** **** **** ******** ** ***** primary owner and lienholder ******* **** *** ** ******** ** *****. tow charges are $200 for tow and $35 a day storage. owner can pick up with proof of ownership.at any time. after not hearing from anyone we mailed out certified letters to Ms.***** and ******* on 7/06/2023 and 7/20/2023 with sale date of Aug. 24 2023. Mrs ***** said let ******* pay it out and loan max said it was her responsability to pick it up who ever pays the bill and show ownership can get truck.

Mr ****** did send me a letter of which I never received. I have witnesses who were there each time I spoke with him about the truck. And ***** from the title max is willing to speak on my behalf as well. The last conversation I had with Mr ****** he hung up in my face and we haven't spoken since. It's a little difficult to show proof of ownership when the title max has the title. And I am currently out of a vehicle due to all of this. I'm requesting compensation for the loss of my truck and the loss of my job as well. I am requesting that he compensates me in the sum of $4,000 . I have spoken with my attorney about this issue and he is waiting on the compensation so that we don't end up in court.
