      I purchased a pair of Birkenstock shoes from the owner ****** ******* from her group on facebook named Southern Lane Boutique LLC on 01/23/23 for a total of $64.09 that included shipping. For months I waited for the shoes or a tracking number and never received either. I have emails from her and another person stating that they were waiting on the tracking information. Then I got an email stating that I had a refund issued in May of 2023 however I never received a refund. She also can’t show proof of an issued refund either. I have seen on facebook where she had done this to several other people as well. The group is no longer available on facebook either. I would like my money back.

      I purchased a pair of shoes for $93.00 in an online Facebook group for preorder on May 12, 2023. I sent a follow up email June 12 and was told they should be “scheduled to ship to us any day now” sent a follow up email in august and September with no response. I never spend money on myself like that as I’m a single mom, but I really needed new sneakers for work. I’d appreciate a refund.

      I purchased a pair of tennis shoes from Southern Lane Boutique LLC in an online group I have purchased from numerous times. I paid 93.00 for these shoes with my debit card, after the expected wait time for the shoes I emailed about my order status. I was then told they were seized at customs and I should get a refund in 7-10 days, that was on July 10,2023. I have still not received my refund and have emailed her numerous times with no response. I have found numerous others she has also taken money from and never received the product. I would like to have my refund.

      I placed an order on May 21 2023 for a pair of shoes listed at $85 and have yet to receive them. I have tried to contact the business through email and have not heard anything from them. I have seen Facebook posts about this person not fulfilling other customers orders also

      Refund was submitted July 8th after we sent a mass email stating these were refunded. Customer has not bothered to reach out after we sent an email. Proof with reference number of where she was refunded below

      I ordered AirPods from her in December and paid for them then. I have emailed her several times checking status and she always has an excuse. She told me in April that the refund processed and I should receive within 7-10 days. I never received it. I have emailed her several times since then and she has not responded.

      I ordered two items from Southern Lane Boutique via Facebook. The first item was purchased on 1/13/23 for a "dupe" LV Bucket purse totaling $74.79. This item was supposed to be shipped the first part of February. Little to no updates were provided regarding when the item would be shipped and comments for that specific post were turned off. The second item that I purchased was a "Birkenstock style" sandal on 1/22/23 totaling $64.09. Again, no updates were provided regarding when the items should be shipped. The "rules" of the Facebook page state that all questions/concerns must be emailed to Customer Service and not posted on Facebook. I allowed ample time for both items to be received and shipped out. On 4/5/23 I emailed CS to request a refund regarding both items. I have not received a reply to the email that I sent, nor have I received any updates regarding the shipping of these items. I have spent a total of $138.88 on two items that I have not received as of 4/17/23, three months from when I initially purchased said items. I should have done more research before purchasing from this "online boutique". Very disappointed and frustrated. Item number's **** and ****.

      I ordered some Ugg slippers from her online shop, back in before February. I’ve messaged her every couple of months and I never get a message back. It’s May and the last time I heard anything from her it was back in March and she said she was about to ship out the orders. I paid $73!!! I’m a single mom and I was trying to spoil myself for once.

      Southern Lane Boutique is an online clothing boutique. Most of the owner's business is conducted through FaceBook. The owner is ****** *******. My daughter, ********* *****, ordered placed an order with Southern Lane Boutique on December 30, 2021 for two pairs of shoes in the amount of $266.75. On March 28, ****** ******* posted on Facebook that "our second round of GG shoes (which my daughter ordered) have been refunded due to the fact that we still have not received the shipment. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account." On March 30, ***** ******* made another Facebook post stating that "It has been brought to my attention that square did not process all refunds within the time frame they stated they would be processed. Please understand that I have submitted all refunds on my end and square is currently working to figure out why everyone's refund was not processed completely." Today is April 7, 2022 and I still have not received my refund. I realize this is a Facebook ran boutique but this is beyond poor business. I have emailed ***** ******* twice. First on March 30, 2022 and again on April 2, 2022. ***** ******* has not replied to either email. Southern Lane Boutique has had more than enough time to refund buyers' money. Regardless of an "issue wtih square" it is Southern Lane Boutique's (***** *******) to ensure that if a product is not received that the buyer is refunded their money in a timely manner. I am not the only one who paid for these shoes and did not receive them. Since I did not receive the product promised, I would like my refund immediately. My invoice number for my daughter's purchase is *****.
