      I ordered July 21 and immediately received an email in which I forwarded to the owner about changing the address of the shipment. Followed up with asking her if she received the first email on July 30 and she never responded to me. Sent to it the wrong address and lost money again from this horrible business.

      I placed an order for 2 Christmas sweatshirts 11/19 totaling *****. I read that processing could take 2-3 weeks so I didnt worry about it since she claims her product is made in house. Once two weeks had passed I reached out to the company via their website asking for an update if theyd be delivered by a certain date- no response. Sent another email about it a few days later to a different email asking to cancel since it was not done - still no response. When I finally commented on a ******** post comment about someone else having the same issue she responded. I asked her on that platform to cancel the order. It was 3 weeks to the day that I ordered. Within 20 minutes of asking to cancel the order on ******** (which she then deleted the comments) I had a notification that a shipping label was created - I asked again to cancel the order and get a refund. She stated I agreed to 2-3 weeks of processing times. Its now been 24 days and my order still shows a shipping label has been created but **** hasnt received the product. Im going to have to contact my bank to dispute the charges because the seller will not issue a refund on a product she still hasnt shipped or respond to further emails.

      Super cute stuff! However, for future reference, if you want something in December for Christmas events, better order in August! Ordered two shirts beginning of November. I am aware of the turn around time, busy season, and making things as they are ordered. I reached out several times via email, chat, and messenger with only one response stating order will be be fulfilled next morning. Love the products, super cute shirts. But waiting one month for two shirts, is kind of ridiculous. Update: as of today 12/7 still not received my order. **** tracking states- awaiting shipment. Ordered my shirts on November 7th- one month and still no shirts.

      I ordered two sweatshirts from *** 07/06/23 for $108.00. These were the pink sweatshirts with team logo. I have emailed *********************** 5 times since purchase with the last one being two days ago requesting a refund. She claims she is till waiting on the patches to be delivered so she can make the sweatshirts. Shame on me for not ordering thru PayPal the first time. I will not purchase from Pink Mustache again.

      She ordered the sweatshirts which state PREORDER  in all caps. It also states they will not be shipped until late August. IT'S IN ALL CAPS IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE LISTING.

      Ordered a shirt on 6/21/23, and card was charged $24.67. Recieved an email with an order confirmation and a note that a delivery confirmation will be sent when shipped. No such email. I have emailed the company 3 times, with no response.

      Placed order of $47.32 on 8/31/22. It was a personalized item, so I did take that into consideration on shipping. On 9/29/22 I e-mailed asking for an update on order, and was soon e-mailed a response with tracking number saying it was on the way. I watched the shipping for a few weeks, and it never moved. Only said pre-shipment info sent to ***** awaiting item.On 10/12/22 I e-mailed explaining how it had been almost 2 weeks with movement. I got a response from Owner saying she remembered doing this, but I should have received these a while back. Then said I'll be happy to send replacements tomorrow. So sorry it's taking to long!Nothing was sent the next day.10/19/22 I e-mailed asking for a refund. No Response 10/21/22 I e-mailed asking again for a refund. No Response. Just wanted to let my experience with this business known.
