      I purchased a 2010 GMC Canyon from them the Wednesday before Christmas the following Friday at 1:15am my truck was damaged in its parking spot. I notified Ifinance about the insurance claim and spent a couple of weeks trying to find a repair shop to repair. The truck also held up by a snowstorm we had during that time I finance and lost my loan pavers couldnt tell me where to pay and finally when they found my loan papers over a month later Told me I needed to bring the truck to their in-house repair shop it is now April 27. The truck has not been returned to me and has spent the last two months dealing with the issue of them losing my key to the truck. The only key to the truck they gave me when I purchased it I spent countless money on Ubers and Instacart was unable to do anything for my son during Easter and his birthday last month all because theyve taken nearly 2 months trying to fix the issue of them losing the key to the truck I was told once at the beginning of March my truck was ready and they tried to give it to me with no driver side window glass all inside the truck see pictures below I was told many times that ***** would contact me. The only person I ever dealt with was a head salesman **** the only time Ive ever talked to **** was over the phone when I was paying the insurance deduct.

      Purchased a vehicle for financing in January 2024. I returned the vehicle in March 2024 due to numerous mechanical issues, half did mechanical work. I was promised full down payment $1500 and 1 car note payment $******. I just payed the car note a few days before I returned it. I received the $1500 but not the ****** car note payment as promised. I have been contacting the dealership for weeks and not one has been answering my calls and giving me false information about who to contact regarding my refund.

      Lousy people. I owe literally under $**** on the vehicle. I explained to *************** I lost my job due to unforeseen reasons and Ill be contacting them soon when I start working. It seem to be ok. The 1st of the following month came I still didnt have a job I started working on the 15th almost I told them about it and to allow me a few more days for payment and my car was repo.Yall dont care about nobody well being.My car been having issues since day 1 not once have they tried to resolve the problem Ive been having!Yall can come repo over something I explained to yall about but to not come get it to fix it is insane!C**** act like he stupid! He never in front of a computer when I ask questions. A complete jerk!This car lot is a scam and a joke!Dont buy no car from these lousy people! Youre signing your rights away so its no need to get a lawyer. I worked extremely hard to pay this vehicle off and down and to fix it and its repo because I literally communicated my hardship! And it was a failure. we work with you no yall dont. I owe saletax on the car. First of all sale tax is included in the price, ( supposedly) but I paid it on the back end. ( scammers) Insanity at its finest! And I can almost bet the bank none of them have a car from where they work hear me out! A bunch of losers, how can yall work at an establishment knowing yall are ripping people off yall know them cars are lemons.I asked for a car fax of my car, M******* said they dont provide it! What type of stupid sh*t is that! Yall are losers and a bunch of scammers! Literally. And I wouldnt recommend nobody buy a car from them take your money to Matilda ***** baby to buy a car!yall **** and a bunch of low lives! And this establishment is scammer vibes. I owe **** sale tax and yall took my car be FR! I been in good standing for a while, and Life happened! Losers!This car lot needs to be investigated immediately! Literally at this instance!

      My issues with ifinance as a company have been going on since the purchase of the vehicle. From the laziness surrounding my home delivery to the issues that Ive had with the car as well as payments. I am not happy overall. They consistently try to overcharge me for the loan on my vehicle, which is unacceptable. Just recently, they have tried to add new policies for customers who do not have automatic payments, coming out of their bank account or from a credit card. However, in the same breath, they have not charge me the correct amount because they didnt like the type of insurance that I had and so on and so forth. I do believe there should be some type of investigation open up on this company because the wealth of people that are unhappy with them as a whole needs to be addressed. I am now being told that I cannot make a payment online where I can screenshot to see my balance or anything like that. What is really the problem here?

      This business is a joke. The employees are rude and unprofessional. They need to be shut down. They threatening customers with ***ing them. My husband had a stroke therefore we voluntarily took the vehicle back to dealership because they wouldn't work with us on payments due to the medical hardships and they threatened to *** him for remaining balance of the vehicle which is a joke. We have contacted lawyers too just incase they follow through

      I purchased a ****** Altima August 9,2022 from this company (Ifinance). After about 2 weeks of having the car, issues started transpiringI did a warranty claim and they contacted me saying to take the car to the shop for it to be inspected. I did that, they took care of those issues but it took them so long to fix it but they did, however On September 19, ******************************************* the car and it lost all speed and power so I couldnt no longer drive the car..I immediately contacted the MANAGER and was trying to let her know what was going on, it took forever for her to respond.after about a week she finally responded through a text message asking me what was it doing I sent her the codes and problems that it was reading from autozone. She had a tow truck to come pick it up within like 2 days or ****** tried to charge me a towing fee, I told them I wasnt paying anything because it wasnt my fault and not my responsibility! October 3rd, the salesman contacted me saying I had to go online to pick out another car because of the problems with the Altima, they wouldnt refund me but gave me a credit for my down payment and said for me to go online and pick out another car within the same price range but if the down payment was more than what I put down at first that I would have to pay some more money so I ended up picking out a ****** Camry as the replacement car but I had to pay $400 extra towards the down payment on this car..October 21st every light in the car came on and shut the car completely off..I contacted them and told them I had car trouble againtow guy picked it up that following Saturday morning and took it to the shop in colliervilleI was contacted later that week saying it was an alternator problem and something else but they wouldnt tell me the other part to it, they fixed the alternator and I had to go pick up the car October 31st finally(no transportation during this time )on November 17th car shut down on me and my children while we were on the highway headed home, it lost all power and wouldnt crank back upI knew then it had to be something seriously wrongonce again, I contacted The manager (*****) and she wouldnt answer the phone so I sent her a text message letting her know the problems I was facing, NO RESPONSE!! November 22nd a guy from the shop text me saying it was in line for inspection at *************************** shop in *********, **. ** November 23rd, he text me saying it was needing a TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT!! From November 23rd til todays date (December 1st) I havent heard ANYTHING FROM ANYONE AT IFINANCE!! I dont understand how a company can do this to a person, The manager (*****) has the most WORST and UNPROFESSIONAL communication skills Ive ever witnessed!! This company dont care anything about the concerns and issues that those unreliable cars causes for people. Ive been without a ride for literally 2 weeks and have had to miss work and all because of no transportationI requested a temporary loaner car for me to be able to get around and they denied it saying they dont have an cars available this is the worst company to deal with and has very bad business!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase from them and they really need to go out of business! Ive had 2 cars within 2 months and neither havent been any goodI NEED SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS POOR, awful situation that Im in and I need it to be handled FAST!! I strongly deserve a full refund because this is the worst experience ever!!! If not a refund the car payments I would settle for the refund of the down payment, I deserve that. It was $1,600 total..The same way they call and text daily when a payment is due, they should have that same energy in return when theyre facing and dealing with problems from their customers!!

      I am rejecting this response because: No one has reached out to me in regards to this matter, the only time I spoke to someone was today 12-5-22 because I called the manager myself and she finally decided to answer the phone .. the problem still remains unsolved after speaking to her because shes telling me that my account is past due and Im not eligible for a loaner car because of this reasonhowever, yes its past due because Im not paying notes on a car thats not driveable and has major issues..,thats common sense! I just want to have my down payment refunded back to me, if not all of it at least majority of it..I deserve that much after all the problems Im facing with those cars and company

      An unauthorized transaction was taken off of my card on November 11th, 2022 to pay the balance of my car note that was due that day, but my card was not authorized for autopay. I checked the online payment website and it still said that I owed the payment that was due for that day even though the money was already taken out of my account. I woke up to a payment receipt in my email and called the office to understand what was going on where I was told that it was weird that it had happened seeing as though once again, my card was not turned on for autopay. She claimed that she would email someone about it and get back to me, and seeing that it was a Friday and also Veteran's Day I wasn't necessarily expecting an answer the same day. I never received a call and had to call back on my own and when I did I was being told that she had gotten no reply. I called again on Saturday. November 19, 2022 and was told that neither one of the people who could ***** the solution to my problem was in the office. I also sent a text message to the previous woman I had spoken to before, who is also over my account with the company, stating that I have not been refunded my money. I received a message today stating that I owe the company $500 for a deductible for my car being totaled and instead of them giving my money back I could just let them put that towards the deductible and asking when I would be able to pay the rest. My mother called to inform them that my insurance company had already took out the $500 for the deductible from the money that I was supposed to get back and they claimed that they didn't know about it. They refused to speak to my mother any more and stated that they would be contacting me, to which I have still not been contacted. Before the unauthorized payment they had sent me a payoff quote for $1740.13 and after the payment I received another payoff quote for $1530.66 which shows that the money they took went towards the remaining balance on the car.

      Purchased a 2013 **** Fusion on 10/12/22. The next week my shift gear goes out at 1am in the morning. Had to get the car towed to a safe place. No reimbursement for the tow fees. They kept my car for a week. Lied about requesting a loaner vehicle. I got my car back around 10/25/22. And now the car is running hot and smoking. Oh lets not forget i got a ticket the same day I got the car out the shop due to the drive out. I stay in Tennessee. Received a 7 day temp tag from them due to it being in MS but they didn't call me until 11/01/22 saying my tags were ready. My drive out expired on 10/18/22. Oh and my door handle fell off. Now its getting towed back to the shop. All this within 30 days.Conversations between me and service liaison are attached

      In the beginning I honestly LOVED this company, they worked with me ever step of the way to get my 2015 ****** ************* collection agent even understood my health situation causing me to leave my warehouse job causing me, but the problem came at the end. I had a payment arrangement to catch up on payments, and on Friday Oct 14th I called, but for some reason the agent couldn't take the payment. He stated he'd call me back, so I waited;never called me back. They repossessed the vehicle after hours Saturday night with no warning, remember, I called to make a payment the *** BEFORE. The agent I had the arrangement with, stated he didn't even know they repossessed the car and never stated how much is needed to release the car. No one will answer the phone to even tell me where my personal belongings are, which includes a set of pedal extensions and steering k*** specifically for my disability(these are not treated as a new car part, so you CANNOT leave/sell the vehicle without removing the attachments). Like I said, in the beginning I loved the company and even recommended them to several people, but to just repossess the vehicle while a payment arrangement is in place and no warning to the client is just BAD business. Especially when it's documented that client is an UBER driver. Please answer this question IFinance, if you repossess an Uber/Lyft driver's vehicle, how do they pay you? It's documented that I was making payments and kept agents in the loop with EVERYTHING that was going on. I could see the company doing this if I just stopped answering calls, made absolutely no payments, or was disrespectful when on the phone, but that's farthest from the case. Wish I read all the complaints on this company AND their responses, because their responses read like people are just stealing from them or not reading contracts, but after dealing with this, I believe the complaints. I don't hope or expect a resolution at this point, but felt like I had to report this.

      They locked out the account the day I was to contact them. Even the collection agent I was working with didn't know that the vehicle was repossessed; he was trying to take my payment, ON THE *** WE ARRANGED, and stated he was unable to and would contact me back. The collection agent never called me back, I contacted him that Monday to let him know the car was gone. The collection agent, nor anyone else has  told me where my belongings are.
