Hello, I purchased a Kevin Charles Austin Sofa from **** ********* in September of 2020 for @1,000. It’s been less than a year and the sofa is discoloring in many areas of the seat. Also the trim is discoloring and the fabric is pilling. I called **** ********* to complain and was told they cannot help me. I purchased insurance for any spills that may happen and received a cleaning kit as well as them providing a service to come and clean. I was told the areas that are discolored are not under that warranty. I was told to contact the manufacturer, which was impossible to locate a phone #. Also was given the name of two cleaning services in my area. I would have to pay out of pocket for the cleaning service. The discolored areas are not from a spill but defective fabric. The sofa has little traffic in my condo and is covered the majority of the time. I feel I don’t have any recourse and am stuck with a sofa that in a few more months will look even worse.
