      Oh my goodness, we remember you! You are the client from the summer of 2020 that refused to pay your $904.66 balance you owe us because we damaged drywall during installation that you had told our team you were planning on removing and replacing with bead board during the measure. We jumped through a lot of hoops to try to make you happy including offering to pay for the drywall repair, in the end we weren't all that surprised when you ripped us off...the fact that you are a woman really had nothing to do with it, we treat all Karens (male and female) them same when they steal from us. Thanks for reaching out, we had kinda blissfully forgotten you after a year and a half, feel free to pay your remaining balance any time. Take care!

      We really had no problem with this company until it finally came time to get our quartz counter replaced after waiting 6 months. Sure delays whatever fine. When the two guys (one named *****) and he was here prior to try and fix our crack in the quartz to no success… came back again months later and removed the plumbing, counter and all and when I asked him that everything would be put back they way it was he said yes we will take care of it and I specifically said plumbing. Team comes back later in the evening and not the same guys of course and they won’t put back the plumbing. While I would have had no issue with this earlier until ***** clear as day said everything would be back the way it was. As for “****” he talked down to me as if I was an insignificant female saying he wouldn’t do my hair or nails or yard because that’s not what they do. When all he simply could have done was apologize and make arrangements to have this wrong by his staff righted. No. That’s not his persona. He talked to me on the phone as if he was some high power almighty arrogant individual and just didn’t even mind the fact that we waited 6 months more or less to get this fixed so we could properly move into our house. When he asked why I needed the plumbing so badly to move into the house while I pointed out it’s none of his business, I frankly would like to open boxes that I have been waiting on just to move into the bathroom as we did not know how long we would have been waiting for them to initially replace the crack and didn’t want to move it over again. Why would I unpack things when we first moved in when we really thought this would have been solved by now? Is that enough reasoning to have the plumbing put back the way it was? I don’t think I’ve ever been talked down to so disgracefully in my life for something we have zero control over. I simply told him to train his staff better to not make promises they won’t honor and from the beginning if he wouldn’t have ever told me that, we wouldn’t even have this conversation. But my lord I don’t care how many homes he may do for DR Horton, they put the cheapest products in these homes anyway and clearly they don’t care about the service or contractors either way. If you anyone has a home in Coastal Biloxi / Mississippi I cannot say I didn’t warn you.

      Highly unprofessional, I tried using them for a kitchen and wouldn’t call back and when they did, they measured wrong and wouldn’t even fix it. I had to find a different company to finally make it right.
