    ******** came out to my home to do the buyer's home inspection. He was very friendly - however, as he was getting ready to leave, I asked if he had moved the wi-fi since it wasn't working. (I work from home). He said "just turn it off and back on and it will be fine." I tried that and by the time I realized it wasn't working, he had left. I called him and he said he didn't move anything, however, when I looked at the wi-fi router, the fiber cord was underneath a small piece of furniture. I called AT&T and they couldn't send anyone out in time - and said from their end, the fiber was damaged during that time. I ended up having to go buy a Wi-Fi hotspot and pay for a month service (I was only in the house for 5 days after) - but I needed Wi-Fi for work and to use my cell phone inside the house. I emailed him when I received the bill for $111 and asked if he would please reimburse me for this expense that it caused. He didn't answer the email. I then email again letting him know that I would be leaving a review because he didn't even acknowledge my prior request or even consider the possibly of righting the wrong. He then came back with a threatening email stating "tread lightly." I think this is super unprofessional and not even acknowledging the concern I had, but instead immediately jumping to threats was a red flag and I feel warning consumers about this business is warranted.
