I had Streamline Tech come and install cameras and enrolled in a no contract/monthly monitoring service for our security system back in mid October. Since then, I attempted to have indoor cameras installed on multiple occasions with zero success. My wife and I decided to move on from Streamline Tech to another, more established monitoring and security company. For over a month now, I have been attempting to contact Streamline Tech to cancel my services but not once has anyone not only answered my call but has refused to return my calls as well. I have notified my bank to stop the automatic payments in hopes to have them call me but the draft went through anyways. Any assistance or action would be greatly appreciated.Business response

The Customer called to get more cameras added to there system. We did not receive the calls because we had technical issues with our phone system not forwarding the correct extension. We received a voicemail from the client which we returned his call and explained we had phone issues. We asked if there was anything we can do to keep him as a client and he said he was happy with the work but because we didn't respond within a day his wife decided to go with ADT for there monitoring. We apologized for the inconvenience and insured that the issue was taken care of.
