      I placed an order, Order number ******, April 22, 2024, the seller stated the item was not in stock and initiated a refund on May 13, 2024, see attached document, but the refund was never put back on my card or the charge was never reversed. Its still showing on my credit card statement. From the reviews of this company it appears they scam consumers on a regular basis so I have no choice to file this complaint.

      I advised the customer that if they have not received the refund to please contact their card holder and dispute the charge and do a backcharge I have refunded the order on my website as seen on the pictures provided by the customer.

      The credit card dispute was initiated May 28, it is still pending and are reaching out to the merchant.

      Transaction on 3-27-24, posted on my credit card on 3-29-24. Amount: $49.25 Order# ****** Jeep Wrangler JKU transaxle shifter knob. HQ Offroad never sent item purchased. They do not answer their phone number, they do not answer their website messages and they do not answer their e-mails. No way for me to resolve this dispute. Their ad for business is on the internet as HQ Offroad. It comes up on offroad accessories and parts searches. I just want my money back.

      Dear Sirs,

      **** ******** from HQ Off-road e-mailed me and said he would be refunding my order first thing in the morning.

      Only problem is that I filed a report with my credit card company and they will be sending me a new credit card, It will have a new number so I don’t know if he will be able to return the charge to my credit card account.

      I contacted the customer Saturday night informing them that the part purchased was no longer available in an aluminum finish that they are now being produced in black. ****** informed me that if it was not shipped overnight that he wouldn't be satisfied so I refunded the order first thing this morning 4/8/24.

      Dear sirs,
      Yes ******* ******** from HQ Off-road did finally get back to me only after I wrote a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

      He did offer me a different part but was real short with me and did not tell me how much more that part was going to be which I found out from the company that sells them are 20 dollars more? And I have waited so long for this part and wasted so much time dealing with this company that I felt I should get it overnight. But just like I thought, he would not try to satisfy me and just make it easier on himself to just return my money which is fine with me. He should have done that when I first ordered it and I wouldn’t be going though this hassle.

      I haven’t seen anything of a return on my credit card as of yet and it might be some time before I do. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I should have read the reviews from this company before I did business with them, you will see that other people have had the same problems with them as I did.

      I have been refunded my money from HQ Off-road back to my account which is the least effort from this company to satisfy all the time lost dealing with this issue. This will be the best I get from this company for all of my time lost and yes the complaint is closed.
