My personal furnishings and belongings were misplaced by this company with an estimated value of $2,500. My unit was not broken into it appears that possibly someone that works for the storage facility allowed access to my unit. After repeated calls no one from the company will return my calls. I am an Air Force Reservist and had been using the company for about a year and a half and have never missed a payment or been late on a payment. This past Dec. 2023 I went to check on my belongings and discovered everything was gone and I do not share the unit with anyone and had not given access to anyone. Once before this same company locked me out of my unit for no apparent reason.Business response

Unfortunately, the tenant may have been a victim from a break in by a third party. We have not entered or misplaced any items. The tenant is paying for insurance and can be directed to that to be reimbuirsed for any loss.
