Stayed March 28th and 29th in room 312 but ******* ***** said I checked in on March 29th and out on 30th in room 329. But I was charged for 3 nights. No one that I have spoken with will help me resolve this issue. I made several attempts to resolve this issue. I was told by ******* ***** to go to my bank to resolve the problem.Initial Complaint

I checked into the Best Western hotel in Olive Branch Mississippi on 7/28/2021 upon entering the room we discovered that there was one wash cloth & 2 towels for 2 people. I called the front desk to request another wash cloth because it is unsanitary for 2 people to use 1 wash cloth and was told none were available. The next morning 7/29/2021 I went to the front desk to ask for more but was told the same thing. This went in for 2 days and I was unable to wash my hair for 3 days due to the linen shortage. On Saturday 7/31/2021 we returned to our room at 9:30 pm to find that door to our room had been left open and unlocked all day by housekeeping. I called the desk and ask for a manager but none was scythe next morning I went yo the front desk and spoke with the General manager ****** ***** who profusely apologized & told me that he would "take care of my stay" and that the amount would drop off my credit card. It has been 22 days and no one will return my calls or emails.
