              Date of transaction: 5/27/2021 - check dated ********* downpayment to start pool construction. ******* ***** (owner of Cobblestone) made comment he should be complete by or around 7/4/2021. ******* ***** has been rude, will not return calls, his company will not return calls. The electrical has not been complete and they have not properly trained us on how to operate the pool equipment. There are two stains from wires left in bottom of pool, there are screws missing from skimmers, and there is a crack in concrete decking that appeared within a week of concrete being poured. On 8/26/2021, ******* was totally disrespectful to me over the phone, stating all that needed to be done was electrical. I told ******* to get it done. ******* told me he would get electrician out to complete job on Thu afternoon or Fri (8/27/2021). Nobody has shown. I contacted Cobblestone on Fri (8/27/2021) and again they did not answer my call or respond.

              My company was hired by ************************* and *************************** and a deposit check was received from Cobblestone Pools. This job was for ******** personal home. My company installed custom cabinetry. The cabinetry work has been completed for well over a year now and the Litwas refuse to pay the remaining balance of $15,000. When the job was finalized and payment was requested, ************************* (*******************************) stated that he was waiting on the final inspection/walk through of the home. ******* was lying. The closing date on the loan had passed already. ******* and ***** hired our company, which is not a local company, to do their work! they never had any intentions of paying for the work completed!
