I was a consistent patron of OCharleys because its not far from where I live until last night. I placed order #****************** at approximately 8:10pm, and my receipt says to pick up at 8:39pm, of which I arrive. Per usual, I pull up, dial the number and it was an unusually long wait for someone to pick up. Other cars pull up waiting with thrift phones on the same thing, so people leave their cars to ask about their pick up. After another 15 minutes or so, people come out with their food so I go in to make them aware that I was here too. A bald headed gentleman explained that they had a very large order that they were getting out of the way of which I did understand that many businesses are understaffed these days. I go back in my car to wait and noticed that cars who pulled up AFTER me are leaving with their food. I wait a few minutes more and went back in and asked an African American girl with cinnamon colored braids if she could update me on my order since so many others were leaving and she blatantly ignored me asking her a question. I asked her if she could hear me and she continued to ignore me as if I wasnt a PAID customer! She goes back in the back after me saying just give me a refund. She comes back out, says my name and just puts the food on the table and walks away. With all of the disrespect, I was walking away ****** but was going to accept the disrespect and leave since customer service is a non factor at this location, but when I saw that not all of my order was there, and the fact that I gave a tip for someone to ignore me, I went back in gave them their food back and demanded my money back to my credit card. With how blatantly disrespectful the girl was, I decided to speak to manager to get a refund and she was NO BETTER! This was learned behavior from the top. She wore polka dots and was more dismissive. She told me shes reimburse me with no documentation. They need training and to be fired for rude behavior.
