      My wife and I both took our vehicles to be aligned. They did not align either one correctly. We have taken them back aready. Given excuses as to why they couldn't get them aligned. Yet said they are good to go from the begin with in hopes we would not notice. I have contact customer service to see if they would let us take them to one of their other shops that may have more experience. As we where told st oxford shope the tech is new with only a few months experience. They have not replied other than the Manger in oxford wanting us to bring them back for the 3 rd time. O do not want them messing things up anymore than they already have. My wife has new tires and do not need them eaten up due to them mot knowing what they are doing. Mine are already being eaten on one side bc if it. I would like money back so I. Cam take both vehicles to an experience tech else where. I don't have time or money to be wasting on unexperance techs. The Manger himself said they had to learn some how.y wife told him not on her ride. Not to mention if you have a new hand in training. They should be an experience hand there helping. The manager was not there either time, my wives was done. He did mine and Still messed mine up. However I would like a refund before this cost me $100s of dollars

      This customer came in and received an Alignment service on his personal vehicle and his wife's vehicle. The service was completed, the customer did pay for it and came back later and stated that it still wasn't right. We did have a new guy working as a technician and was new to the machine. We told the customer that we will gladly look at it again at no charge and get them taken care of. The customer stated that he didn't want to have it done at this location that he wanted to go to another location to have it completed. The manager said no problem, Tupelo is the closest location and they will be glad to handle it for him. He stated he will contact them to let them know. We haven't heard from them to make arrangements. Tupelo has been put on notice just in case the customers show up unannounced to get it corrected. As of 7-5-2022, the customers haven't contacted us back to even inspect to make sure the alignment is incorrect. This company doesn't refund money if we haven't had the opportunity to mitigate and issues or damage.

      Not once did they tell us we could carry them to tupelo. They kept saying bring them back to them in Oxford. I told them I didn't want them trying and practicing on my vehicles over snd over. It has already cost me gas. I took my truck somewhere else. They aligned it with no problem. I have not taken my wives yet. I will take it to tupelo. This company will tell any lie to make them look good. They do not stand behind their work nor have the professionals there to do their job. I will call tupelo to see if they know anything about it today 7/7/22

      The customer was made aware of this. Matter of fact, they showed up to Midas of Tupelo, today 7-7-2022, and we gladly fixed their complaint. They told us about the BBB complaint and they would withdraw any complaints they have filed with BBB, google and Midas Corporate. We consider this case closed.

      Tupelo did fix my car correctly. However I was not aware nor was tupelo until I got the letter from BBB. When I called tupelo they told me they didn't know anything about it. They called oxford and then called me back. I am pleased with the work and service in Tupelo.

      Had oil changed January 15th and oil pan came off while I was driving to work. Had to get toll truck and miss work.
