April 2020 First Citizens Community Bank contracted with new merchant acct call IRONWOOD I have two merchant accts one for ******* ****** ******* and the other was to be Seasonal for ******* ******* I notice they charges me all year long I contacted them regarding this and they did request a refund the refund was going to be 76.00 when they charges me 39.00 month there was a 19.95 non complaint charge on every month for both of my accounts and they will not refund that. I told them to cancel the accts them and them they informed 375.00 per acct. this is shameful these processing companies can do this to our small business. why would a seasonal be charges non complaint fee all year if it was seasonal and I would think this should have been told.Business response

I spoke with the merchant on November 10, 2021. We refunded all non-compliance fees on both accounts. Since the merchant no longer needed one of the merchant accounts we approved closing the account with no early termination fee. The merchant agreed to leave the other merchant account open and our team assisted her in completing the PCI compliance process to avoid any future non-compliance fees.Customer response
