We used this agency for buying our home in **********, and **** was our agent. After moving in, I noticed our water was BROWN, & come to find out, this is a very known issue in *************** refuse to move to the area b/c of the water. When I started talking to neighbors, I realized this was even covered by news outlets over the ************ had this FB Group (plenty of evidence) - ***********************************************. When I reached out to ****, she acted like she had no idea when this cannot be true because they sell new homes in the area with filtration systems built in for this reason. There are others in our neighborhood who were not told about the water from the agency either and are not happy! It is clear they know about this, and they don't tell families b/c they wouldn't make the sale, which is deliberately lying. This was not disclosed by the previous homeowners either, which clean water is just as important to disclose as anything else!! We ended up having no choice but to buy a $5,500 water filtration system from GreenPro, which was 1 of 2 options for clean water. With this system, we backflush every week (or twice) and still have brown water when filling up our tub. I am wanting AT LEAST half of this money back for not disclosing something that they knew about, which is not allowed in real estate. I also had 2 miscarriages after moving in, & finally have a newborn that I'm terrified to bathe b/c babies get rashes from the water (proof in FB group). We also have to buy 8 jugs of water per week b/c we still can't drink the water even with our system. Not only this, but she lied to us saying the house was in city limits (it is not) and that pest was included in our HOA, which it's not. We also never had a final walkthrough b/c she got back from the beach really late the night before closing in the morning, and the house was DISGUSTING when we moved in. I don't want to get lawyers involved, but will if this isn't reimbursed.Business response
