      2018 Chevrolet Silverado 6/26/2023 Truck was dropped off for running hot. Diagnosed as need thermostat replaced, etc. Paid $631.59 on 6/28/2023 and retrieved truck. Invoice for RO #**** 8/1/2023 Truck returned for overheating. Diagnosed with a "leak discovered." Paid ****** on 8/3/2023 and retrieved truck. Invoice for RO #**** Truck continued to overheat and was taken to a repair shop that diagnosed a heater and evaporator core replacement at a cost of $2100 and actually solved the overheating issue.I subsequently, went to ***** and asked for an explanation for the near $1200 worth of work performed with no result. I believe a refund is in order as the issue was never diagnosed nor resolved by *****.

      I brought my car in the month of June . Expecting to have it fixed . I paid for my fans ,head lights , and oil leak to be fixed . So it was around almost a 1000 dollars . Before I brought my car it was not smoking nor smelling a like smog . Which I have two kids that’s is very dangerous. So all in total I have brought my car back four times . The first two times they said it was oil build up and iwe have to let it burn off . Ok I rode around with a smoking car for 6 months . Then I recently brought it back and they confirmed that they didn’t fix it right . So they said that they would go back in and fix it again . So I picked my car up again on Monday dec 13,2021. And got less than three miles down the road and my car was smoking even worse and filled the insides of my car with horrible smog smoke . So I then proceeded to bring it back and was treated so badly and was told I need to hurry up and get my child who was with me at the time and move out the way of my car . I did that just for them to park it in a spot . The whole business was so rude not even considerate that I just wanted the services I paid for . I have video recording of the encounter from the unprofessionalism that occurred.

      We offered the customer a complete refund for the repairs we did in regards to her complaint. She accepted and will be finding someone else to do the repairs on her vehicle. Situation is resolved on our end.
