If you are looking for a safe daycare for your loved furbabies, then this is definitely not the place. The "daycare babysitters" do not watch the dogs and that is the reason the dog in the photo was injured. Paws on the Pass will tell you that they make sure all of the animals are up to date on their shots, but they are not telling you the truth. The outdoor area in the back with turf is filthy, I do not think that anyone has ever cleaned that area. ******, that works the front counter, will bring in stray dogs off of the street with no records at all, she will also bring in wildlife(squirrels, racoons, possums, etc.) and let them roam freely with your pets. This business overbooks for boarding. They accept as many pets as they can and cram them into any space available, including bathing tubs, sinks and offices. They will put 5 dogs in one kennel for a nights stay. The owners step daughter, ******, will also take the dogs home to her house without any of the pets owners knowing that. So, if you are thinking of overnight boarding then you may want to keep track of where your pet is located at all times. Kennel techs have let 2 dogs pass away because they did not give one of them medicine and the other one received food that was to large to eat and choked. If you are looking for a bath, make sure that you get what you pay for. Some of the bathers rush through the dogs and they will not even bathe them. The bathers are notorious for just spraying a dog with a fragrance, dressing them with a bandana and sending them out the door. Some of the groomers will tell you that your dog is too matted and require a shave down, this is not true at all. The groomer just wants to hurry up and get your pet in and out as fast as possible. You should expect and receive quality work for the prices that they charge. Kennel cough is another concern that happens, but the front desk will not tell you that it is going around their establishment. Paws on the Pass owner is ******** *****
