ON 3/13/2023 I BOUGHT A MOTOR FOR MY PICKUP TRUCK 2007 F150 FOR 2650.00 AND WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON 4/6/2023 .IT DID NOT ARRIVE SO I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE SHIPPED ON THE 10th OF APRIL THEY SENT A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH WAS NO GOOD THE TRUCKING CO CHECK THE NUMBER .THEY CHECKED MIKES ENGINE IF THEY SHIPPED MOTOR TO THEM AND NO RECORD OF THEM SHIPPING IT,, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AFTER .I CALLED THEM MORE THEN 10 TIMES FINAL MIKES STOP ANSWERING PHONE ,,TODAY 5/16/2023 THEY PICKED UP PHONE I ASK ABOUT THE MOTOR AND MONEY TOLD ME IT WAS SEND OUT AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME ///MIKES ENGINE LLC -200 FAIRCHILD DR-PETAL MISSISSIPPI///18002131371 EXT 107///1**********///1********** ,,THESE ARE HE PHONE NUMBER THEY GIVE ME ,,THANK YOUInitial Complaint

I purchased a engine on Nov 18, 2022 for $4142.00. The product comes with a 3 year warranty. On Jan 27, 2023 I contacted them back because the engine has no compression. They then advised that they would send a new engine after the old engine has been received. They received the old engine Feb 16,2023 and are refusing to send the new part. The tracking number is ******** via Roadrunner freight. Please look into this urgent matter for me please.
