            He claimed that he could refinish an engineered hardwood flooring even though I explained to him that the coat was aluminum oxide, a very hard coating to sand. He used a screed which hardly scratched the surface. Then he applied a brown stain on stop of a different color stained floor which it turned the color to dog crap. He ruined over 2 weeks of my work. The finish on the floor was full of bubbles. Luckily, I paid with a check and stopped the payment as soon as he walked out of the door. Meanwhile, he claimed that it was a good job and have not returned calls or texts. This happened on Thursday, May 19, 2022. I then rented sanders and buffers to remove the terrible water based coat. I sanded on Friday and Saturday. On the 3rd day, I had to remove some residue with a razor blade. This has cost me a few bucks on rental equipment and it's going to take weeks to finish. Terrible expensive job.

            This job was fully completed in which the customer stated he was ok with results until wife came home and disagreed. The customer did not have to pay our company for all the work of screening and re-coating and we did not attempt to collect because she was dissatisfied. I believe this negative review should be removed be we did the work but did not collect payment.

            Again, I was not ok with the job. I was very concerned about the BROWN stain applied over an oak stained engineered floor and I immediately let him know. He went to lunch and said that the finish was going to get better after drying. I paid him and he left on a hurry. After a few hours we could see the whole finish full of bubbles. It took me 3 days of sanding and scrapping to redo the whole floor. In summary, I rented a square buff sander on the first day, and a floor polisher the second day. (I have receipts and pictures to prove). On the third day, two friends came over to remove the rest with hand scrappers. I eventually finished the floor with NO BUBBLES and with a smooth finish.
