Used vending helped me get my food cart started when I wasn't sure I would be given a chance due to my business being brand new. The Rep I used was Melissa and she was wonderful. She connected me to the lending company and even informed me on all she could. Any questions she couldn't answer immediately, she responded to promptly. I could tell she was concerned with me making the best purchase and not just trying to usher me into a purchase for personal gain. I felt informed and guided throughout the entire process. Everyone was polite and responsive in all stages. I could really say so much more but I don't think it's necessary. I have plans to utilize their services again as I upgrade my business in the future. Also, did I mention how Awesome Melissa was?

Please be forewarned. This company advertises and sells food trucks with rolled back odometers! We have verified several food trucks that have had their odometers replaced and the mileage disclosed by UsedVending.com in their current advertisements is not accurate. We have reached out to the owner of UsedVending.com and he refused to return our calls. We welcome his, or better yet, his attorneys call. So if you are considering a food truck purchase from UsedVending.com please be aware that the truck your considering just might be one of the several that has a tampered odometer. In closing, We hope that the owner and management of UsedVending.com cares about their purchasers and does not want to continue to defraud them. We welcome a call from the owner, or his attorney. But we do not expect to hear from him.

This man is misleading and trying to group us with another company. He has not verified any vehicles that we have sold. He has had a decade long vendetta against Fedex and one of their truck service centers whom he claims has been replacing bad odometers with new ones and not updating the mileage. He's been cut off from dealing with companies to get their trucks and trying to force us to turn over the seller contact information for every former Fedex truck that we have ever had. Just because we randomly receive food trucks that may have been Fedex at one time, he's trying to claim these also have inaccurate odometers with no proof. We don't get a bunch of used trucks from any one place. Our attorney said we can't provide the seller contact info based on this vendetta which he has been fighting with them for years and has had zero success in the courts pursuing it. As much as he has harrased us; we surely don't want him contacting our customers to harrass them. We told him months ago to have his attorney contact us but that hasn't happened. He's mad because we haven't responded to his threats. If you look at his google reviews he's written the same thing about other companies as well.

I found that the services, website and staff at usedvending.com to be extremely helpful for my business. I found and bought the truck that I started my business with and about 4 years later they also helped me sell the truck. I would definitely recommend and use them again. ****** helped me both times and she was a Southern sweet heart and was always prompt on replies and requests for information.
