******* ******* "***" *****, JR, owner, came to our residence 12/12/2022 to go over and physically view outdoor kitchen plans. Upon his recommendations, we wrote him a check for invoice #**** in the amount of $10,566.00. *** deposited the check into his account 12/17/2022. *** did not order the appliances until 02/20/2023, through ******* Distributors (800-********* these are all Blaze products. ******* shipped them to BAYOULAND Appliances on the same day. On 03/07/2023, our contractor realized we did not have enough room for the triple access drawer ($1299) narrow trash storage drawer ($499) paper towel holder, ($299). We emailed *** asking how we go about returning the unopened boxes of appliances, no response. We continued to text and email with no response. We sent numerous unanswered text and emails requesting *** to please get in touch with us. I decided to contacted ***** ***** ********* ***** ***** ************, they told me to contact ******* Distributing. I spoke to **** @ ******* 03/27/2023 and he informed me that *** would have to initiate the return. *** finally contacted me by phone and said he would have to get in touch with "his guy" about repackaging and returning since this was a special order. We informed *** that the boxes were unopened and this was not a special order, you can order these items straight off of *** ****, for individual order just like we received them, nothing special or custom about them. Nowhere on the receipt does it state non-refundable or non-returnable or final sale. I would like to return the items for a refund.
