Hello. I purchased three orders from this business. All three orders were separate and were supposed to be specific breeds of hens. Order # 1, Splash Bresse, two hens. One died immediately after pick up. I was reimbursed for that little chick. The other chick survived. Order # 2, Blue Bresse, there were 6 chicks to be received. I received 7 as one was a bonus for purchase. All 6 chicks are black not blue. I requested my money back on this purchase due to wrongful color and he refused. Order #3, French Copper Maran hens were received but 2 are roosters. All four I was reimbursed on. Both orders of Bresse chicks were immediately placed under veterinary care due to illness. They arrived sick hence the one little chick passing. I filed a claim with PayPal recently for refund and this business offered $50.00 to my request for $160.00. I didn't want to continue going back and fourth with this situation due to stress. I'm quite sure there are more roosters in my bunch of Bresse and money won't fix that. The principal here is I didn't receive what I paid for. This business has created awful problems for my family and myself and his sick chicks could have infected my whole flock and even killed them. I knew to keep them isolated. They have been cleared by the vet and healthy. The problem still remains that I didn't receive the correct color and instead of hens only I have roosters mixed up in my orders. I would like this company to be reported publicly for their lack of professionalism and I'm seeking a refund for the chicks that are incorrect only. I hope this explains clearly as to the situation. I do have pictures of the chicks and it's quite clear they are not the proper color. I sent one picture of the only blue Bresse chick and then a comparison of the black Bresse chick, which was my entire order was sent to me as. I would like to include I was never asked to substitute color or get a refund. The site doesn't state such either.

We are going to refund this entire purchase. Upon doing so we ask that you no longer place any future orders with us or they will be refunded on the spot. We have made several shipments to you and you have ordered several times in the past. You have shown you will stop at nothing to get free merchandise. You are not the first customer to try and receive free birds and im sure you wont be the last.. there are scammers everywhere.
