The owner of the Tractor Store is a crook. LS Tractor is a piece of junk. My LS has had problems from the first month. It has only 90 hours, and is 2 years old. They keep telling me it has water in the diesel. I have completely emptied the tank several times, I have gotten diesel from 3 different places, I have tried 2 different additives. This tractor a 6 year warranty, and they will not fix it. WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE TRACTOR STORE.

WE HAVE PROOF THAT THE FUEL USED HAS HAD WATER BECAUSE OF THE RUST FOUND IN THE INJECTORS AND THE FUEL SYSTEM. WE HAVE HAD THE LS COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE FROM HOME OFFICE TO CHECK THE TRACTOR AND WE HAVE PICTURES OF ALL THE ITEMS SHOWING RUST FROM USE OF FUEL WITH WATER. EACH TIME IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP, WE HAVE DRAINED WATER FROM THE SYSTEM AND SHOWN IT TO THE CUSTOMER. WE ARE WILLING TO REPAIR THE TRACTOR. IT IS JUST NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE BECAUSE OF THE BAD FUEL THAT HAS BEEN USED.Customer Response

I have bought diesel from 3 different stations and I have used 2 different diesel additives. This tractor have water in the tank to begin with, or they are lies.Customer Response

I am responding to the able comment. We brought the LS Tractor 40 Cab on 6/19/20. The location where I purchased diesel from is where all the other land owners by their diesel from and never has anyone has this problem. I reached to LS Headquarters and ***** ***** sent me a part from all the codes on the tractor and the conversation that we had this was going to fix the issue. AFTER 1 HOUR THE TRACTOR STOPPED WORKING AND A WHOLE NEW SET CODES CAME UP. OF COURSE THE TRACTOR SET UP IN THE BARN BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT WORK AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME AN;MORE. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER WAY A BIG COMPANY DID NOT HAVE TO DO HONER A WARRANTY. THIS IS WAS 27,000 PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT WAS A LEMON. AND THE COMPANY FAILED TO SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMER.Review from Michael H

I AM SO SURPRISED. THE ONLY ONE THING COULD HAPPEN. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HAD THE PROBLEM HAPPEN IN THE 9 YEARS WE HAVE HAD THEM. WE ARE WILLING TO TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE AT NO COST.
