I’ve brought my COMMERICAL box truck into this shop for new transmission, after reviving about 3 quotes and having to call daily about the status of my truck with they let a driver give them information, but had to call me the owner for approvals and payment but let a driver give them info!! (Do you understand) now they let brokers, dispatvhers others call and gave out my company’s information without my approval or knowledge based off what a driver who I’ve already informed ***** only speak to me!!! However they arranged a frieght transfer without my knowledge and took another company transload let to my truck to remove the wrong frieght which had a friwght guard placed on my MC for theft I never got a apology when I spoke in lawyers etc they stopped speaking with my and I told them do not sabotage my truck due to your companies errors! Now I got a quote in 10 minutes via phone lol that was made up all because I’ve got rude with them for what they illegally did! After I laid out of pocket expense $3,400 and warranty company NTP (all this is recorded Covid, emails etc) paid $7,000 the very next day after taking out shop truck break complete down with trans issue mechanic notes prodessional states without me saying yesterday new trans was installed mechanical notes via email to empire and NTP stated improper trans install there was leaking from trans which when installed had to be cutt or brought only during a install the leaks was found after they took apart transmission that’s brand new, shop *****, **** was so rude the entire time it’s horrible now I’m taking legal action I have all recorded phone calls and emails
