To preface this complaint, I must admit that I regularly visit TrustCare located in Brandon, MS for health-related needs. I have never been subject to a substandard experience in the past; however, today (6/8/2023) proved to be different. I arrived at the clinic for a drug test that is required for new employment I am seeking. After checking in, I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. During that time span, I watched person after person get called from the waiting room to the back when these individuals arrived at the clinic well after me. After patiently waiting, the urge to urinate became unbearable. I informed the receptionist that I would have to come back because I could not hold it (urine) any longer. In my opinion, she went above and beyond her typical duties and offered me two cups of water since I had just used the restroom. After nearly 30 minutes passed since I drank the two cups of water, I witnessed yet another patient – who got to the clinic after me – get called to the back. At this point, I became so enraged I left. I am taking the time to write this complaint to inform your business that the algorithm used to decipher which patient is treated next is deeply flawed. To the best of my knowledge, this is a walk-in clinic and patients are treated based on their time of arrival. It is infuriating to watch a total of four (4) patients who arrived after me get treatment and leave the clinic when I am present simply to urinate in a cup. I understand having to wait at a walk-in clinic, but forcing me to hold urine, wait, and witness other patients arrive after me, check-in, and then get called to the back is erroneous and unacceptable.Initial Complaint

12/29 I went to Trustcare in Ridgeland , MS because I was running fever, coughing and achey. They charged me $185 for a covid test (which was neg). They asked my pharmacy and never called in an prescriptions. I can not get them in the phone. They don’t have anyway to leave a message They won’t respond to emails. I did not go there to best tested, I went there for relief, a shot, antibiotics… something -anything. How can they operate a clinic this way? How can youBusiness response
