      Club 4 started nice. The gym is 24 hour and turned into a homeless camp. Faucets are ripped off everyday lockers are humid and gross. There billing company is shady. Tried to hit account with an extra 49 fee than quicly covered it up. There answer is blame the customer. I overheard a guy in shower plaing **** loudly. They need to be audited there is something very shady going on there

      I am a victim of unlawful recording that had occurred and still is an on-going problem at this particular gym, Club4 Fitness @ ************, ***Ever since I've opened membership with this club, believe it or not on my 3rd day using the club, I was harassed by a same gender trying to film me while I was taking a shower inside the men's shower. When I raised my voice to alarm others who were using the locker room, two witnesses thankfully appeared and were willing to provide witness statements if needed. When I had alerted the gym staff (who boasted how their surveillence system is high quality that captures both ************* recording within the gym) the response I received was "we looked into it and couldn't identify who it was" [Strike #1]I've also been nearly injured by few high school kids, if not college kids, who were not only dressed in hoodie with jeans + wearing a backpack?! thinking it was funny to throw small weights around to each other, in my direction while I was walking back & forth carrying heavy weights. They probably thought of a scenario that some time I will end up tripping on the weights and fall directly on my nose. While reporting this to gym staff, the kids separated into different directions within the gym, to hide and act like nothing had happened. Of course the response I received from the gym staff was "we looked into it and couldn't identify anything wrong" and received an extra reply of "I know them personally and they're practing for shotput" Wow, seriously? [Strike #2][Strike #3 and infinity~] is about a dozen gym members who constantly photographs & films other members for their own benefits. I found myself multiple times on social media, where at least a handful of members filmed my workout & posted them for laughs & giggles. C4F membership policy clearly states any unauthorized photo or video will result in immediate termination, however seems like C4F is behind all this since they disregard all my concerns and take it light.

      ************** complaint is being investigated by CLUB4 Management at the above-mentioned ************ (**) facility as well as by corporate management because such complaints are always taken with the utmost gravity and concern. However, to-date all surveillance film that has been reviewed from dates back to ************** initial membership acquisition to present day have been ineffective in producing any visual evidence of the recording or of any weights being thrown or in ************** person while he was working out in our facility.That said, both the recording in our facility or locker room areas and the inappropriate handling of any workout equipment, including free weights, bars, etc., is an absolute violation of written membership rules and will absolutely be dealt with swiftly and consistently. So, we appreciate that ********** continues to maintain his membership and utilize our facility in **, and we commit to be ever-vigilant on his behalf as well as in the best interest of all other members and employees in that CLUB4 facility and throughout our organizational footprint to eliminate any such behavior when/if it occurs.CLUB4 Fitness Senior Leadership

      Club 4 fitness mgr Longview Texas… She made false allegations to the police that did not have anything to do with her club but a private matter but to get CT case on file if I came back to the gym. Then canceled my membership after 3 months since this private matter did not refund anything nor did I get a email or call from the gym. I found out same way I heard about her slanderous comments through a mutual friends. She will be the reason why that club gets complaints as she takes her friends personal life and then tries to ruin mine with false complaints and canceling my membership without any valid reason. Not to she waited for me to be charged the 70.00 club dues before she did this. Bad bad mgt.

      After thoroughly reviewing all facts surrounding the several incidents involving ***************************** disrespecting CLUB4 employees and the health and safety of its members in established parking and walking areas immediately outside of the gym facility, it has been determined that the decision to bar **************** from membership was both justified and appropriate. The proof of his clear disregard for both members and CLUB4 Fitness employees are reason enough to extend that current bar indefinitely. However, as such, once his online purchase of a membership was discovered to have been made in spite of the prohibition against his ability to hold a membership, the monies should have been designated for return. A directive has been made to membership services group supporting CLUB4 Fitness to return ******************** monies as soon as can be made possible.CLUB4 Fitness will return to **************** $92.92 (Enrollment for Basic -$25.98 plus Dues and annual fee -$66.94) in CLUB4 Fitness membership dues in order that all business between CLUB4 Fitness and **************** be completely and permanently concluded acknowledging also that **************** is not now nor will he ever again be welcome at CLUB4 Fitness. And, should he ever again to attempt entry into the CLUB4 premises, attempt to purchase another membership, or continue verbal, email or text contact/communications with any CLUB4 Fitness employee (whether or not they are or were at one time related to him by blood or marriage), such actions will be perceived as stalking, harassment, and/or a threat against this business.

      My kid was misled by the staff said it was $0.25 for the first month for a trial then all of a sudden trying to charge him 200 and something dollars for some kind of contract. I don't recommend this place at all My kid was only 18 and they wouldn't even work with us the staff is ***** qnd they have no corporate phone number to call you have to email them to not get a response. I definitely do not recommend this gym to anybody it's trash and the people that own it are trash. If you're not going to have a phone number to reach corporate you should at least answer the email could have fixed all this now you going to pay for it with bad reviews! While my kids out of 100 and something dollars and only went to the gym for 8 days what a ***** ** **** !

      Horrible people and policies. I joined and paid for 1st month. Due to medical issues, I cancelled within 30 days and yet they justified charging me triple their monthly fees. No wonder their business is bad. Horrible experience.

      Beware of the scam! After faithfully attending Club4 Fitness Coppell for three years and paying our monthly membership fees for both myself and my husband, I decided to downgrade due to not utilizing the fitness classes. However, upon requesting the downgrade, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $50, which they claimed was a fee associated with downgrading. I accepted this explanation. However, to my dismay, the manager informed me that another $50 charge would occur the following month for the annual maintenance fee for my old membership (prior to the downgrade). When I questioned this tactic and told them that it was nowhere in my contract, they informed me that they have a provision that allows them to change the rules at any time. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. Despite our loyalty as customers for several years, we've been forced to cancel our membership altogether due to this deceitful practice, which goes against our values. There are many more fitness centers in Coppell that operate with more integrity and honesty. Save yourself the disappointment and stay away from this place. I'm sharing this review to advocate for transparency, as customers deserve honesty.

      1 star just to leave a review!!! I changed my banking option In club. Club employees failed to delete my closed bank account that my personal training was paid through auto draft and now they are trying to charge me for their failure to update my banking info correctly! I have been going back and forth in emails and now they will not respond to my emails! Since there is no one to handle it in club or over the phone i am stuck waiting to hear back as they continue to charge me monthly… I am filing suit through my lawyer!!!! this place is a money scam and I regret ever signing up!

      The power at this location was out for 5 Days. I cancelled my membership after only working out for 3 days due to No power at the facility. The cancellation fee was 96 dollars and I will continue to be bill until April. I was also not allow to downgrade to basic plan for the remaining time period.

      The level of incompetence among all levels of staff including regional managers here is astounding. They don’t have a clue what their own policies are, and if you make a complaint based on their policies, you may find you get banned yourself. After numerous complaints on a single member for over a year for the same violations, that’s what happened to me with no warning and no clear explanation even of what my violation was. Its gets even worse as it was later found out that the geniuses apparently banned me thinking I was someone else, however, in spite of this, I remain banned to this day while the ones who flagrantly violate their policies including the one with multiple complaints are still members there and still violate the same policies. I even reached out to the owner multiple times for help with the issue only to be ignored as it is apparent he leaves this to his incompetent staff and prefers to stay out of it. FYI…the current regional managers will trash the reputation of this gym. They claimed they had video footage of me violating policies which apparently was “moving weights around”…literally…but wouldn’t let me see the footage because they knew it would reveal that it was not me doing what they accused me of doing. As a sidenote, if you do find yourself in a similar situation and would like your membership refunded (because they will not do it and will ignore your requests for it), file a dispute with your bank for the charges. It didn’t used to be that bad, but the last couple of years has brought about some changes including loads of people after about 4:30 AM, “supersetting” members who get mad if you grab a set while they’re not around, wannabe social media stars, and a staff that is completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor and shop around before committing to this place because there are better gyms around but you may have to pay a little more; it’s worth it though.

      Thank you for putting your incompetence out in public and revealing that you obviously didn't read all of or comprehend what I said. First of all, filling a dispute with the bank got my refund because you can't just get people to pay dues then ban them for no reason and still collect the dues; that'd be forcing people to pay for services they didn't receive because you decided "at your discretion" to cancel the membership for them. That'd be a pretty lucrative business practice. Second of all, your policies are only applicable if the people enforcing them are aware they exist, however in this case, there is no policy stating you cannot move weights around the gym. Also none of your staff is aware of any of the policies in place anyway as I witnessed one after another being violated daily in that place for years with nothing being done about it. In addition to this, your incompetent staff revealed that it was not even me that was doing what they were accusing me of, yet I still remain banned and with no contact.

      They was ok until they followed my 14 year old son in the women’s center to bring me a bottle of water some he has done on multiple occasions really didn’t appreciate that might need to cancel my membership addressed it with a employee he couldn’t do nun but stutter and give no explanation when other men/boys walk threw there all the time
