This furniture store did not hold up to its word. I made a purchase about two years ago and I have gone into the store to tell the manager. However he promised to fix the situation or make the situation right in which he did not. I made a 4,000.00 purchase of a bed which after a week broke down the middle due to failure of a screw being placed into the railing. However I called and made it known to the manager, sales rep and the moving company. However no one replaced the screws, the railing nor the bed. I have gone into the store several time with this compliant. The manager states, " You have 7 days to report issues." I informed him that the moving company called when he was at my house and there was no screw for the railing in which the moving guy stated, " Once it comes in I will bring it back and place it into the rail" which never happended. I have made several calls even went back to the store and nothing has been done. The price that I paid for that furniture should have had every gadget needed for complete set up. However it did not and now the furniture store manager do not wish to address my issue. Furniture is high and I do not want to see them do this to another customer. They are not true to their word. The furniture looks great but the quality is very poor and not worth buying literally. I wish I would have known before I spent my money at this place. They should really close their doors for treating customers this way. How can they as human beings be allowed to just scam innocent people when customers place their trust in their word of great valuable products of furniture which is not. Please do not spend your time looking at furniture from this place. It may look good on the show room floor but when you get home it tears and falls apart that is why they have a 7 day policy for return. The moving company called them on the day that furniture arrived about the missing piece yet nothing was done about it. The manager does not care at all only money.
