On 4/26/24 while visiting my sisters house an employee of Mow and **** broke the rear window on my van. The employee left a note and number to contact the company about repairs. I called and spoke with ****** who gave me the name of a windshield repair company they have a contract with and sent me there to get my window replaced. I got my window replaced but because broken glass had fallen down in the door, it caused my rear door latch mechanism to malfunction and my rear door will not close. I contacted ****** at Mow and Glow and she said it was the glass companies responsibility, the glass company says it is Mow and Blows responsibility. ****** said she would talk to her owner and call me back. I have repeatedly left messages and texts for ****** or someone at Mow and Blow to call me but have had No Response. Mow and Blow caused the damage and therefore should be responsible for repairs but they wont even call me to discuss it

I did reach out to Mow and Blow. They replaced the glass but refused responsibility for the rear latch even though the broken glass that fell down in the mechanism caused it to malfunction. They would not answer my calls. I finally replaced the gate mechanism at a cost of $630 because I could not close or secure my rear door.

This lawn company damaged our new play set within 6 months of us having it. The owner, *****, came out to look at the damage on 11/17/21 and agreed his lawn company was at fault. He assured us he would order replacement parts & fix the issue. After a series of text messages where he said multiple times “I’ll be out this week”, he never showed up and soon began to ignore my text messages. His last promise to fix the issue was the week of 1/24/22, however I never saw him and have not heard from him since. The total cost for parts & labor is approximately $165.

We apologize about the inconvenience associated with this situation mentioned-we are very sorry about the damage done to your children's play set.  The employee you named who did not address your concern is not the owner of the company, as you thought, and is no longer employed with the company.  That employee did not follow the company's process and procedures regarding customer complaints and damages and failed to notify our office and owner of the issue.  Please give us the opportunity to make this right.  We will be in contact soon to address the problem.

      Thank you,

      The Mow and Blow Company
