I am not liable for this debt with First Heritage Credit. I do not have a contract with the collection agency. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

They charge an extremely high interest rate that they try hard not to talk about, they dont report good accounts to credit report as they are required to. So it looks like a debt on your credit that isnt decreasing. As soon as youre late they have no issues reporting that to your credit report. Ill be contacting an attorney

The gentleman that responded for 1st heritage is a liar. Even after I had the loan they would not tell me the interest rate. I had to go to the office and demand the paperwork. As far as reporting thats a lie also i had to threaten them with an attorney so they would finally call someone and have an update done. As soon as your late they immediately post against your credit. A year paying on time and they never once updated my credit, my loan stayed at the same amount for a year as a debt in full amount. I just checked my credit report today and the loan amount isnt correct. They are ruining peoples credit and only care about their own profits. Now i have to pay a fee to pay my loan. I will be contacting my attorney back about this matter and the scamy practices they have.

I borrowed a loan over 2 years ago I have made payments and also have over paid the loan even by giving lumpsum over 750 dollars when I borrowed a 1000 dollars they have garnished my check and want me to pay them 953 dollars a month when I don't even make that a month plus I work off commission 953 ×12 equals over 11,000 dollars I even asked for settlement more than once to pay off and move on I was told by ******* the account manager that I couldn't no cooperation from them when I have always been aware of settling the debt this is wrong illegal even among making the payment I was never given a monthly statement on how much I owe remaining but always harassed on payment but on my credit report the account was shown to be closed account I am very disappointed I just asked for cooperation to settle the matter and allow me to move on with my life 20,000 dollars over 2 years going forward should not warrant a penalty of 10,000 to 19,000 dollars for borrowing 1,000 dollars
