On July 2, 2021 I met and hired ******* ****** to remove my old fence and build a new one (residential). I paid $6900.00, then and additional $1940.00 for supplies and to begin work. Demo of the old fence was started August 18, 2021. A small portion of the work was done, but the majority of the work was never completed. There were several emails and texts back and forth, but in the end the work was not completed. In December 2021 I asked for a partial refund and Mr. ****** agreed, however he asked for extensions twice. February 27, 2022 I sent one more email asking for the refund and have had no response since.Initial Complaint

On December 2, 2021, I, *** ******, met with Mr. ******* ****** to receive a quote on installing an 8ft deer fence around my property. I accepted his quote and gave him an 8,000 dollar check to order materials. He promised me that he would move jobs around and have our fence installed by Christmas. Every week he had numerous reasons as to why he couldn’t show up to do the job. He was sick, his truck was broken into, all of the materials had not come in. However, he stated that the T post had come in and he would be out on January 4th to install them while he was waiting on the wire to come in. Mr. ****** never showed. For the past two weeks, I have been asking for my deposit back or the materials and receipts for the materials. Excuse after excuse from him which leads me to believe (especially after reading all of his reviews) that he never ordered the materials and his business is a scam. We will be happy to provide names and phone numbers to others that he has also taken their money and never did the job promised. If there is anything you can do to help us receive our funds back, we would appreciate it. Thank you!
