Source One Video (SOV), aka Kids Vision, provides web services specifically for child care providers and we hired their services from June 2016 through 5/31/2021 when our contract ended. As part of the agreement, they created the following website: *********************  Unfortunately the web domain is registered with GoDaddy under SOV and we were not able to keep it as they are unwilling to relinquish the URL. Instead SOV is trying to use it as leverage to get us to pay for having the site up for the last year although our contract with them had ended. This fact that the website remained up and running passed our contractual agreement period is clearly the result of SOV's lack of customer service follow through as we received absolutely no communication from them from June 2021 until just recently when we popped up on their radar. We have since hired a more customer focused and more reasonably priced service provider and purchased (in our name this time) the following new web domain (www.giggle-and-grow.com) which contains current and accurate information about our daycare. Meanwhile the website SOV designed for us (*********************) has remained active and because it has been up for the last 6 years is the top result when googling our company name in Gilbert Arizona. Unfortunately because it hasn't been maintained in over a year, some of the information on the website is outdated and does not represent our business accurately. Although we've asked SOV to take it down on multiple occasions, they have ignored our requests.
