      My appointment was cancelled after confirmed the day prior via phone as well as receiving confirmation text. After calling on the day of the installation was cancelled with no explanation. I requested to speak to supervisor and was denied. Horrible customer service, went with another provider.

      I went to CSpire to add a line . The employee quoted me a different price than what they billed me ( $150 MORE ) They are trained to talk fast and deceive you ~ They are SCAMMERS

      Cspire has horrible customer service and phone service. My mother and I both went in and asked for our services to be disconnected. Now 3 months later we received a bill for services. When asked they stated we did not ask for these services to be disconnected. Yes we did and I would like to understand how they came up with over $200 in charges.

      They have come into the Troy, Pike county community and running business crazy, they disconnect services without informing you of a bill, and once you pay whatever amount they require they still disconnect you later saying oh you didn't pay the entire bill, knowing they are the ones quoted the amount you had to pay

      They have come in our neighborhood without asking. Soliciting and installing underground fiber lines. All the while, they have hit mutiple times the existing wire and broken in. The main panel for our existing carrier has also been damaged today by the installers.

      They do not deserve any stars. Heartless, Evil and Mean. Best be described as a fly by night operation. I was told that the only way that my mother whom has just broken her hip could get the transfer PIN number to transfer her cellphone number is that she had to go to the store in McComb Mississippi to get it. The pin could not be sent to her cellphone because it quit working the night she fell and broke her hip. When we reached the store a Rep agreed to come to the car to verify her identity, because of her injury and condition. Once we reentered the store, he told me that only the manager could process the request. The manager would not except the Rep’s verification and she walked to car to verify and then per my mother’s request for the account number and the transfer PIN number, the manager walked back in the store and I also went in, but upon the manager’s return from the back, she would not give me the information and walked out and handed it to my mother. After we left, I looked at the card and only the account number was provided and not the transfer PIN number. Apparently ten minutes later I returned to the store and asked for the manager and the Reps told me that she had left for the day was gone for a week. I called corporate office number and they were as bad or worse. I was told several different policy’s procedures for the process of obtaining the transfer PIN number and all were wrong. They do not know what they are doing. I spent half a day trying to resolve the issue for my mother. I am a Retired Army Veteran with over 31 years of total service. This is no way to treat customers. I have no doubt that the manager felled to provide the transfer PIN number, that my mother, with a broken hip, personally requested, on purpose for what ever reason and then conveniently disappeared.

      The installation team of The C Spire was terrible. They broke the step of our deck with their ledder during the installation, but their installation supervisor blamed it on our step being too old. He claimed he can tell based on the picture of the broken step taken after a few days of rain that the step has been rotten, even though we walked back and forth on the step feeling nothing wrong before it was broken on the day of installation. Their blame made us very angry and I ended up terminating the service.

      I’ve been with Cspire over 20 years, i’ve been on a 30 day Unlimited Everything contract For many years, this company has ripped me off every month simply by cutting my contract speed down to nothing 5 days before my 30 days are up, right now I have to use Verizon mobile hotspot to get online and write this complaint,, because Cspire has stopped my data 5days before my renew date. They’ve done this every month for years and I’m fed up with them

      I just got my first Cspire cell phone and service three days ago. Now, I suddenly get MARKETING CALLS on MY new phone asking for my wife by name. Her name is on the Cspire account as payer, but she has never used my cell phone. I am confident that Cspire sold my information WHICH IS CONTRARY TO THEIR PUBLISHED PRIVACY POLICY. SO, do not trust Cspire to maintain YOUR privacy. It is a lie!! ****** ********* ***** U S Navy, Retired
