Everything that I have been to them about has pretty much messed up on my SUV..I had a starter replaced by them and the key fob part won't start the vehicle now. I also had an interstate battery put on by them. They charge outrageous prices and their so called "mechanics" at ******* can't even hook up the battery grounding cable correctly. It wouldn't even start after they had put in the new Interstate battery. That I was also charged an installation fee for. How do u claim to be a mechanic but you can't even hook up a battery correctly? Then I start to have lights come off and on the dashboard . The problems have got worse over time. My check engine was starting to flash off and on. I went and looked at the battery cables after I had been back to ******* to see if they would correct the problem that they had made. I noticed the battery connection that it wasn't flush all the way down. I then disconnected my black grounding cable on the battery. I left it off for a few minutes and guess what? all of the lights went off of the dashboard. My start button on the key fob. It is working now. This is work done from ******* automotive in *********,Ms and they wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee to see what the problem was because they don't even know how to install basic battery correctly. I tried calling the owner about this problem to. He wasn't there when the shop opened that morning. ******* prices and diagnostic fees seem to be higher than most shops to. Also they will charge u diagnostic fee for anything.We also were going to have them fix the ** in another vehicle we have. Their price was $600 higher than other shops in ********,Ms. All I can say is their so called mechanics and service is pathetic. I would even refer my worst enemy to them. Prices are very high. I feel like one star is to high of a rating for *******. I would give ******* a -5.
