We ordered flower arrangement for a funeral and their website states that if the flowers listed were not available then there would be a replacement of equal value. When the flower arrangement arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website and there were no replacement flowers at all for no Lillies at all which are the most expensive flower. I then proceeded to call the store for 2 days with no answer and when I did speak to a lady that was very rude and I asked her why she could not call us for direction on the arrangement, she advised that final decisions are left to her and her only. I am 100% completely dissatisfied with the floral arrangements and the nasty attitude of the owner. Please help as she said her policy are no refunds. Im truly disappointed that there are several negative yelp reviews and this establishment should be flagged for horrible business practices. Thank you!
