      July 11, 2022 I purchased a vehicle for a business in ********* ** on Main Street call The Carlot They have someone impersonating a salesperson thats acting as if he will help you get into any car!! My carnote was due August 11, 2022 I called the front manager ***************************** and told her about my situation and she said she would put it in the notes that I would be late paying! I also called the salesperson ******************* and told him my situation and he told me just get the payment in as soon as possible! On August 23rd only 11 days pass due on my car i only had a month was repossessed from my job with a man with a personal key leaving me stranded, desperate, and stressed needing a ride home from work! Their was absolutely no warnings or notice of repossession!! They kept my personal belongings hostage for almost 5 hours saying that the wrecker hasnt made it to the dealership with my car and belongings! I was only able to get my things after giving them the keys thats was in my possession! Once I seen my purse and belongings had been tampered with I called local authorities and asked ******** for the name and number of the towing company! ******** then became very aggressive asking me to leave while they still had my personal belongings! After further speaking with ******** she revealed that someone from The Carlot took the car from my job! I asked the clerk ***************************** why was my car being repossessed and she said carnote 11 days late and I havent payed a yo-yo payment of $500. I told her I spoke with ******************* and she said ***** work with us but not for us! I asked how much would it be to take back possession of the car thats when I was told I would have to pay the entire balance of the car $8,000, repossession fees, and wrecker towing fees! After careful reviewing my contract that was giving to me by ******************************* realized I never sign the contract! Now the Owner ******************* is impossible to get in touch with and not returning my calls!

      ************************************* was referred to us, The Carlot by one of our customers, *******************. She came in on 7/11/22 and put $800.00 down on the 2013 ******* Elantra and had a pick up note of $500.00 that was due by 8/11/22. Customer called on 8/12/22 said she would pay the pick up note on 8/18/22 which she did not, at this time her first car note was also due on 8/11/22, so she was needing to pay the pick up note and car note now. I called her the next day 8/19/22 and she said she would be in that day 8/19/22 to which she did not come in. After that I proceeded to call her numerous times with no answer or call backs, so on 8/23/22 the vehicle was put on repossession for non payment and picked up the same day. The customer then called a few hours after it was picked up to find out how much she needed to pay. I told her since the vehicle was repossessed for non payment and broken promise to pays and no answer calls or call backs then the vehicle would have to be paid completely off and if she could not do that she could come clean the car out and to bring us her key. The customer showed up 30 minutes before closing to clean the vehicle out, she gave me the key and I even pulled the vehicle under the awning for her due to it was raining. When she started cleaning the car out she got mad and started yelling at me stating that someone went through her purse. She asked me who picked the car up and I told her that we, The Carlot did. I told her that the car has been locked the entire time and no one has gone through her things. She then claimed that she was going to call the police and continued to yell at me with other customers around. I told her that if she was to continue to do that then she could leave. She finally calmed downed and I let her get the rest of her belongings out and she left. There was then a 10 day letter sent out to her certified mail that was returned to us. The customer claimed of not signing a contract but those are her copies, she did sign our copies. I have attached ever piece of contract, ***, Pick up note acknowledgement, Buyers Guide, transaction history, contact activity, right of repossession, 10 day letter, and letter returned.
